- 35% also base their choice on related experiences and thus relevant references.
- 27% also look at the specific industry knowledge that the firm has, besides to the main expertise
- 27%, and this is the only reason not related to expertise, find that there must be a cultural fit with their company.
- 20% also value the ability to deliver results effectively.
